In this series Rev. Doug Jones teaches on understanding the true meaning of love. He outlines principles of God's view of love versus the world's view, Jesus' example of love, and how we can make decisions out of love rather than emotion. God is love, and our faith works by love. This class will identify truths about God's love that will make us able as believers to reflect the God kind of love in our lives.

Healing Team Training

10 weeks  |  Facilitators: Van & Sandy Kingas

Ten weeks of intense training is designed to equip believers to minister healing to those who are physically ill. Our goal is to teach those who are sick what God says in His Word about healing so that their hope may return, their faith be increased, and their bodies be healed. While miracles often occur and instantaneous results are seen, healing is progressive. This is an ongoing process which must be reinforced by the Word and prayer. It is of utmost importance that those seeking healing be knowledgeable about the biblical principles of healing and how to apply them.

Prerequisite: Membership and Discipleship class must be completed prior to beginning Healing Team Training. This is a required training to participate on our Healing Team, Prayer Partners, Spiritual Personal Trainers, or Hospital Visitation team.

Knowing God

Do you know God as your Heavenly Father? Every born-again believer has a heart that wants to know God and experience the reality of His person. Our Heavenly Father never disappoints and always exceeds our expectations. This 6-week (4 weeks on Mondays) DVD series by Patsy Cameneti instructs us on how to develop an amazing personal and on-going relationship with God. Understand the joy of knowing your Heavenly Father, by not just knowing what you are taught and told about Him, but know Him for yourself and develop a yearning and hunger to know Him more.

Me, Myself, and Lies

This video-driven Bible study encourages women to clean out the junk in their thoughts and replace hidden negative thoughts and failures with positive truths from God's Word. Words are powerful—especially the words women speak to themselves. All too often, what we say to ourselves when we lie in bed at night or look in the mirror in the morning is not even close to the words God wants us to speak to our souls. Membership

Membership Classes at Victory Family Church are for both those who desire to become members and also for those who need additional information to help determine if they are to make Victory Family Church their home church. Membership requires attendance to a two-part class which addresses both the privileges and responsibilities of membership in a local church: the importance of membership, Victory's commitment to members, and expectations of members. This information also includes an explanation of God's vision and mission for Victory Family Church. New members will have the opportunity to meet one-on-one with one of our Membership Outreach team members, who will be able to answer any questions that individuals may have.

The Men's Fraternity 33

6 weeks  |  Facilitator: Pastor Matt Gates

This DVD-based class will lead men on a journey to authentic manhood as modeled by Jesus in is 33 years on earth. Starting with meaningful insights into the current state of manhood, we will navigate through some realities that have created cultural confusion. Each man will learn the four "faces" of manhood and how to anticipate and transition through the specific seasons of life.

Never Give Up

4 weeks (Mondays) or 6 weeks (weekends)  |  Facilitator: Tonya Lucas

For believers to have the very best God offers, they must determine to "never give up" until they have succeeded in every area of life. This DVD-based class by Joyce Meyer will give you strength, increase your determination, and teach you how to turn adversities into opportunities. It will increase your faith in God's desire to fulfill the dreams He has put in your heart.

Peace

Positioning Yourself to Receive Healing

9 weeks  |  Facilitator: Gail Miller & Mary Lynn Hammond

This class by Rev. Doug Jones provides the believer with beliefs that they must embrace to pursue physical healing. You will learn the importance of obtaining the proper beliefs for healing, the beliefs that must be acquired to obtain healing, that knowledge must be accumulated to establish beliefs, and how to use Scriptures to support your beliefs to obtain total healing.

Spiritual Personal Trainers

5 weeks  |  One-on-one or small group

Spiritual Personal Trainers are available to meet with individuals one-on-one or in a small group. In just 5 short weeks, SPTs will help you to grow, to see, and to understand what the Word of God says about who you really are in Christ. Sessions are held at Victory, 30 minutes before or after each service for 5 consecutive weeks. Sessions will conclude before the praise and worship segment of the service is over. Children's ministry is provided.

Wild at Heart: A Band of Brothers

A man needs adventure . . . in his work, in his love, and in his spiritual life. Deep in his heart he wants a battle to fight, an adventure to live, and a beauty to rescue because that's how God created him. This DVD series is based on the book, Wild at Heart, and led by its author, John Eldredge.
