Corinthians

8 weeks  |  Instructor: Omar Ross

Corinthians is a pastoral letter that was written to resolve doctrinal and practical problems within the local church. This book explores Paul's response to several separate problems within the church. This class will identify and study those problems, their Scriptural solutions, and how those principles are valid for us today. This study will also be a valuable guide in examining our own motives for serving the Lord.

Discipleship

4 weeks (Mondays) or 5 weeks (weekends)  |  Instructor: Kathi Moore

This discipleship program is designed to provide a solid foundation of biblical truths, to ground new Christians on the fundamentals found in the Word of God, to renew mature Christians on the basics of their faith, and to assist us in understanding that we live and walk by faith, so that our faith can grow and develop. This class provides lessons to assist the individual in understanding the principles of the doctrine of Christ, in experiencing the love of God, in growing up spiritually, in what the Bible has to say about divine healing and prosperity, in insights into the baptism of the Holy Spirit with the evidence of speaking in other tongues, and in leadership within the local church. Get a solid foundation in the Word of God and grow spiritually. Course must be completed to become a leader at Victory.

Divine Healing

8 weeks  |  Instructors: Bob and Nancy Ricciardi

This class uses lecture, class participation, and incorporates a DVD series by Rev. Doug Jones that provides the believer with scriptural beliefs that they must embrace to pursue physical healing. You will learn the importance of acquiring scriptural beliefs, how to establish these beliefs in our lives, and how to use Scriptures to support your beliefs to obtain total healing.

Grace: The Power to Change

4 weeks  |  Instructor: Pastor John Spencer

It is God's grace that determines whether our Christian life is one of joy, peace, and victory or one of difficulty, frustration, and defeat. The power to change areas in our lives with which we struggle can only happen when we allow God's ability to operate through us. This course, based on the book Grace: The Power to Change by Dr. James Richards, will discuss how we can walk in God's power and grace and leave behind the frustration that comes from our inability to change.

Ministry of Helps

4 weeks  |  Instructor: Peter Ward

Do you know how to effectively serve in the ministry of helps? Many Christians want to serve God but have never been taught what to do or considered what they do as important. Serving in the church is a supernatural ministry, and serving is an expectation for every believer. This class will help you to stir up the gifts that God has placed in you and will motivate, encourage, and enlighten you so that you can find your place in the Body of Christ.

Overcoming Offenses

8 weeks  |  Instructor: Pastor John Spencer

This class will expose Satan's deception used to get the believer out of the will of God. The deception that Satan uses is "offense," one of the most difficult obstacles for an individual to face and overcome. The choice is not whether we get offended, but in how we choose to respond to an offense. This class will empower the believer to stay free from offense and to maintain an unhindered relationship with God. The class will combine lecture, class participation, and a DVD series by John Bevere ("The Bait of Satan") to equip the believer to overcome offenses.

Praise and Worship

This course will help define what it means to worship God in spirit and in truth; to offer ourselves as a living sacrifice; and how worship is paramount in our relationship with our Father God. Learn to be a true worshipper.

Principles of Faith

8 weeks  |  Instructor: Pastor Chris Palmer
